This Cap Assembly System is capable of assembling multi-piece caps, at production rates of 400 parts per minute. This versatile unit includes the following equipment: Bulk Supply Elevators for cap components, A Rotary Disc Feeder for orienting components to the proper attitude and a Twelve (12) Head Rotary Assembly Machine. This high-speed system also consists of a finished parts counter with a two-lane gating diverter, a high cap inspection with reject and a no cap inspection with reject.
