Lotion Pump Placer

The Anderson Machine Pump Placer Model PP800, is designed to handle lotion style dispensing pumps at production speed up to 180 PPM. The system unscrambles lotion pumps from random bulk fashion orients dispensing spouts all one way and fully applies pumps to corresponding bottles. The PP800 fully tightens pumps with application torques up to 20-inch lbs. The Pump Placer is equipped with a dip tube guidance system to accommodate curved or bent stems.
