Snap Capper

The Snap Capper applies "Press-Fit" type caps, at production rates up to 200 CPM. Due to the simplicity of operation and the minimal amount of moving parts the duration of life, for this machine is particular lengthy.

The containers, which are positively fed in a timing screw and a star wheel, strip the caps out of the chute, a tension wheel then seats the caps. The filled container is not disturbed by this smooth in-line action.
